Ingeniero/a de Procesos Lanzamiento y Utillajes de Estampación

We have a permanent vacancy for a Process Engineer specialising in product launches and stamping tooling, to join our offices in Paterna.

MISSION

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of real industrialisation projects, playing a leading role in defining processes and launching new products.

The role will involve leading the internal industrialisation of projects, actively participating in the design and implementation of the manufacturing processes necessary to ensure a successful start to production.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
A role with a broad overview, in which the ideal candidate will be required to lead the engineering team and manage the necessary internal resources to ensure that the various milestones of projects being launched are met within the timeframe agreed with the end customer.

Quality risk analyst, responsible for defining welding processes and fixtures.

Prepare and/or request internal documentation, as well as PPAPs from clients and sub-suppliers (manufacturing and/or components).

Lead the process approval process at the stamping plant, as well as the process validation (PPAP) of manufacturing and component suppliers, with the aim of developing the most efficient processes in terms of both production and quality.

Define the most productive process possible from launch, including the most suitable tooling.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To assess your application, the following are essential:

Minimum qualification in Engineering; Industrial Organisation would be an advantage
Demonstrable high level of English
Knowledge of German would be an advantage.
Experience in the automotive sector, as well as experience in project management and/or PPAP documentation (particularly FMEA) of more than three years.
Knowledge of stamping and/or welding would be an advantage.
Willingness to travel occasionally to Group plants.
