The main objective of this role is to develop optimal industrialization proposals, considering production and capacity aspects as well as economic viability in terms of investment and amortization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is essential to ensure process robustness to guarantee quality and meet customer requirements. Furthermore, we value the flexibility of the production system to allow for the reinvestment\/reuse of equipment in future products or projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Main Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Define production resources and robust processes that ensure high quality and profitability for the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead the industrialization of new processes, monitoring both suppliers and internal workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the development of management tools for rapid reporting on objective achievement for each industrialization project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the creation of production standards regarding programming and equipment, based on product typology and production volumes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are we looking for?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To evaluate your application, the following qualifications are <strong>essential<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Degree in Industrial Engineering (BSc\/MSc), Industrial Organization, Automation, or Robotics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Languages:<\/strong> Advanced level of <strong>English<\/strong> (essential); <strong>German<\/strong> is highly valued.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> At least 5 years in similar roles leading integration projects within the automotive sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Skills:<\/strong> Excellent communication, planning, and the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do we offer?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The opportunity to join a constantly growing project with professional development opportunities and the chance to participate in the Group&#8217;s international projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flexible Compensation Plan:<\/strong> Including health insurance, meal vouchers, and childcare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday to Thursday, 07:30 to 16:30 (with flexible start times); Fridays from 07:30 to 14:00.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Competitive Salary:<\/strong> Commensurate with the candidate\u2019s experience and knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are ready to take on this challenge and contribute to our company\u2019s growth in the <strong>Chinese market<\/strong>, we invite you to join our team!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>At Grupo Segura, equal opportunity is one of our core values.
