We are looking to fill a permanent position for a Key Account Manager for the German market.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mission<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You will be responsible for securing new business with clients and increasing profitability in the current business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Main responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Prepare and present commercial offers based on information provided by the Cost Estimation Department, negotiating the terms of the offer with the customer (prices, payment methods, supply, etc.) to increase both the volume and profitability of the business and long-term customer relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop customer relationships to analyze and address potential needs by promoting new business and projects and conducting market and competitor analysis to propose the best solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Participate in the process of controlling costs and profitability of parts, acting on the revenue side of these.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitor management and area-specific dashboards, planning and implementing corrective actions if targets are not met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitor customer satisfaction rates among your customers and propose actions within your area to maintain and improve them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Implement profitability improvements with customers and internally, managing billing forecasts. Enter SAP orders and prepare reports in Excel and Power BI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    What are we looking for?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    In order to evaluate your application, the following is essential:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Academic background: Technical or Higher Engineering (preferred), although other backgrounds such as Business Administration and Management will also be considered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Postgraduate training in Marketing and Sales will be viewed favorably.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Languages: advanced level of English and German.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Minimum of three to five years’ experience in commercial roles selling projects within the automotive sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Previous experience in project management within the automotive sector or similar will be valued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
