This project marks another significant step in the company\u2019s energy transition, aimed at increasing the use of clean energy sources and enhancing the efficiency of its industrial operations.<\/p><div><p>The addition of this infrastructure helps reduce the environmental impact associated with manufacturing activities while reinforcing the Group\u2019s commitment to increasingly responsible production. At a time when sustainability has become a key requirement for leading automotive manufacturers and their supply chains, Grupo Segura continues to strengthen its position as a strategic partner capable of combining innovation, competitiveness, and environmental responsibility.<\/p><p>This initiative forms part of the company\u2019s long-term vision, focused on the decarbonization of its industrial processes and the creation of sustainable value for its customers, actively contributing to global emission reduction and energy efficiency objectives.<\/p><\/div><div><h3><strong data-lexical-text=\"true\">A measurable contribution to decarbonization and environmental performance<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><p>This first phase of the installation has been designed to seamlessly integrate into the plant\u2019s industrial ecosystem, maximizing energy utilization and reducing dependence on external power sources:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong data-lexical-text=\"true\">Installed capacity<\/strong>: 590 kWp.<\/li><li><strong data-lexical-text=\"true\">Infrastructure<\/strong>: 1,000 state-of-the-art photovoltaic panels.<\/li><li><strong data-lexical-text=\"true\">Solar coverage area<\/strong>: 2,600 m\u00b2 of technical rooftop coverage.<\/li><\/ul><p>Reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions is a top priority across the automotive value chain.
