Customized solutions: from initial concept to success
We support our customers in the development of custom parts and work closely with their teams to ensure the project is carried out successfully. Our engineering team offers solid experience in component design and development, ensuring functional and manufacturing feasibility from the outset.
Engineering and optimization
We manage all stages of development, from initial concept to final product. We use advanced CAD systems (I-DEAS, Unigraphics, CATIA) to optimize design, and employ Finite Element Analysis (CAE) tools that allow us to evaluate component performance within their operating environment.
Prototyping and rigorous validation
We have a specialized workshop for rapid prototyping with optimized cost competitiveness. Prototypes play an essential role in design validation and technical feasibility. To ensure quality, we perform exhaustive validation tests (DVP) ranging from simple mechanical requirement checks to frequency test result analysis. We have NVH measurement systems and a 5-axis laser system for precise adjustments.

Cold forming allows us to manufacture high-precision parts with tight tolerances in the most sought-after materials. We tackle large-scale projects involving high-strength materials, guaranteeing quality, strength, durability, and sustainability.
Tooling
THE ORIGIN OF PRECISION
We have our own workshop for tooling construction, run by experts with over 50 years of experience. We have an international network of suppliers that optimizes costs and increases our capacity. In addition, we use advanced software for die feasibility analysis, which allows us to offer agile and flexible solutions, significantly reducing delivery times.
Bonding and assembly technologies
We use advanced welding (RSW, GMAW, Laser) to ensure the integrity and durability of parts, both in steel and aluminum. Our robotic foaming process meets the most stringent requirements, offering single-component and two-component solutions. Assembly is carried out under rigorous quality controls, verifying critical variables such as insertion force and stroke.
Surface treatments
With the aim of providing our customers with a better service, we offer all types of surface treatments for metal. In each case, we help our customers select the best finish and manage the best suppliers for each of the processes.
Types of finish: cataphoretic painting, powder coating, zinc coating, and phosphating.
