Maintenance Engineer
MAIN DUTIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Ensure the availability of the machinery, equipment, and tools necessary for manufacturing products.
• Conduct analyses of machine efficiency, downtime, and the causes of breakdowns.
• Implement improvements aimed at reducing maintenance costs.
• Oversee the implementation of technical modifications to production lines, equipment development, and improvements to maintainability.
• Participate in machinery procurement and commissioning projects.
• Plan, prepare, and supervise preventive maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects (TPM, 5S, SMED, 8D, Kaizen).
• Plan, control, and optimize the use of spare parts.
• Provide ongoing technical support and training to maintenance staff.
• Manage documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in maintenance.
• Conversational English skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and PLC.
• Knowledge of Lean.
